<p>global ethnography: look, observe and understand. Understand motivation.</p>
<p>Going for an holistic approach.<br />
Are you interested in search? Everybody thinks of algorythms. Think not of the search but the situations before and after. How do people prepare and what do people do with the results afterwards?</p>
<p>They don&#8217;t care about the product they care about the experience.</p>
<p>People say they are talking with friends &#8211; when they are actually typing. Interesting!</p>
<p>The new skill-set&#8230; Using social networks &#8211; to achieve goals and satisfy needs. Intelligently.</p>
<p>We should talk about virtual anymore. Virtual is sometimes more real than real&#8230; we need to understand this to connect to the next generation. Embrace the future.</p>
<p>Hopping of the stressed lifestyle&#8230;young people with different values. Information overload and overload of things to do &#8211; demands of time.<br />

<p>Dynamic: Strengths cpm cost, strong tracking, quick deployment, strong audience targeting.<br />

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Det Radikale Venstre, Dansk Folkeparti, Social Demokratiet, Socialistisk Folkeparti og Venstre er alle repræsenteret og deltager i en debat omkring mediemarkedets fremtid i Danmark.<br />
Emnerne er:<br />
Hvordan bevæger pengene sig i 2016?<br />
Brugerne i år 2016 (skabende medier, sociale medier, afsender skabte medier).<br />
Ophavsretten i år 2016 ( styrket, erstattet af creative commons, umulig at håndhæve).<br />
Markedet i 2016 (består af anarkistiske netværk, en eller to store udenlandske koncerner, en eller to statsfinansierede mediehuse.<br />
Mediestøtten i 2016 (via licens, public service fond, Afskaffet)</p>
<p>Politikerne har alle afgivet deres holdning til, hvilke af scenarierne de finder mest sandsynlige. Debatten udvikler sig i høj grad til en gang ”question and answer” mellem Clement og den enkelte deltager i stedet for en debat mellem politikerne, hvilket kunne have været interessant.<br />
Politikerne er stort set enige om at brugerne i år 2016 i høj grad vil anvende deres medie tid på sociale medie, hvor de er i dialog og udveksling med andre.</p>
<p>De fleste tror at annoncer og brugernes tid kommer til at være den valuta, som brugerne kommer til at betale for deres medieforbrug. Louise Frevert giver udtryk for, at abonnementsformen som betalingsform vil uddø. </p>
<p>Simon fra R mener at Nyhedsavisens synergi mellem den fysiske avis og deres website  skaber et levende og dynamisk forum med en spændende og interessant debat.<br />
Louise Frevert mener at teknologien vil gøre det umuligt at håndhæve ophavsretten og føler at den civile ulydighed vil blive væsentligt større.</p>
<p>Deltagerne mener at det mest sandsynlige svar er, at en boblende underskov af mange små selvstændige medier, som er langt mere interessante og iderige end nogle stor mediekoncern.</p>
<p>Omkring mediestøtten er deltagerne delt mellem en public service fond og et licens system der minder om det, som vi  har i dag.<br />
Politikerne er enig om, at den væsentligste forudsætning for at sikre en stærk mediebranche i 2016 er at sikre ægte bredbånd til alle danskere – enten gennem offentlige investeringer, bedre varedeklarationer på bredbåndshastigheder eller sikring af konkurrence på markedet.</p>
<p>Generelt er det interessant, at politikerne efterhånden har fået lært ord som blogging, podcast, mediekonvergens, communities, sociale netværk etc. Det er dog ikke alle deltagerne der helt synes at have en klar forståelse af, hvad de forskellige begreber dækker over. </p>

<p>Per Engdahl fra Aller Press: irriterende oplæg! præsentation af Aller. Ikke noget man ikke kan læse på deres hjemmeside. overhovedet ikke interessant i denne sammenhæng. Ja fint med at sætte scenen, men dette er IKKE en konference for at promovere sin virksomhed. Hvis det på nogen måde ku&#8217; være interessant skulle han snakke om nicher, digitalisering af content eller lignende. Det kunne der være en meget interessant mulighed for, men Per E. tager slet ikke diskussionen ind i emnet. Elendigt indlæg!</p>
<p>Lovefilm gjorde det tilgengæld godt:<br />
DVD udlejning på abbonement.<br />
Hvorfor ikke digitalt? Lyder til at være super besværligt. Hvem gider til postkassen? Men et følgende er interessant!</p>
<p>Åbenbart en del &#8211; 10.000 abbonnenter i DK.</p>
<p>51 % forskellige titler ligger nummer ét på forskellige ønskelister &#8211; rigtigt interessant!!! TOP 25% titler : andel af total udlejning 8 % i DK Lovefilm (50 % hos blockbuster)</p>
<p>CBS &#8211; Niels Bjørn Andersen:<br />
omkostninger ved produktion og omkostninger ved transaktion(sælger, distribution, lager, markedsføring, display, købers omkostninger ved afprøvning, betale, afhente, risici) &#8211; Meget akademisk gennemgang før pointen, men meget god pointe i at mange af de barriere og omkostninger der har været barriere indtil nu bliver opløst ved digitaliseringen og distribution via net.</p>
<p>Tim Frank refererer ret meget til Chris Anderson, der jo via hans artikel, deraf blog og nu bog har &#8220;født&#8221; begrebet the long tail. Det er fint.</p>
<p>Allers digitale bladkiosk : Kun seneste uges blade, fuld pris, ingen interaktivitet. Fuldstændigt håbløst. Ja fint for enkelte udenlandsanskere, men ellers helt håbløst.</p>
<p>Igen gør de to andre det fint.<br />

<p>Mobile indholds Lab. Et meget interessant samarbejde, hvor studerende og virksomheder kan få plads til at udvikle koncpter. Også koncepter der måske i ellers vil have det svært ved at skulle direkte ud og konkurrere med øvrige medier, der annoncemæssigt leverer et mere sikkert effektmål.</p>
<p>MIB koncentrerer sig om 15-24 og udmærker sig faktisk ved at det virker til at de har forået at kombinere det kvantitative med det kvalitative, og derforfaktisk kan skabe reelle insight der både er troværdige og ikke så overfladiske som man ofte ellers ser tilgangen til at forstå de unges mobil brug. (og mediebrug for den sags skyld)</p>
<p>De fremlagde 26 koncepter under kategorierne lokation &amp; identitet, brugergenereret indhold, cross media, undervisning og endeligt spil. Og så var der lidt at spise og drikke, så en dejlig afslutning for dem der holdt ud til sidst på dagen!</p>

<p>Ja, denne post må jo siges at være særdeles subjektiv, når det nu er en anden spiller fra mediebureaubranchen der er på scenen.</p>
<p>Johan startede med at hive alt snakken om nettet og nye medier ned på et mere pragmatisk plan ved at redegøre for at stadigt kun 7 % af annonceringen i DK ligger på internet.</p>
<p>Derefter havde han en pointe om at vi skal lade være at tale om mediekøb efter mediernes distributionsform, men efter deres form og brug. Ex levende billeder ikke TV. Her synes jeg han har ret i en rigtigt lang ende af diskussionen og følger rigtigt godt op på hvad Doc Seals sagde tidligere på dagen om samme. Dette er meget interessant i forhold til spørgsmålet om internettet er et medie? Eller er det www der er det? Er mediet i dag transmissionsbestemt eller bestemt af indholdet?</p>
<p>Johan tror at tror pengene til net ikke skal gå fra TV, men i yderlgere grad fra print, som i DK er unaturligt højt.</p>
<p>Hans hovedstatement er :&#8221;massemedierne vil ikke dø!&#8221; Men synes lidt han i denne sammenhæng hopper lidt let henover diskussionen af mediernes remediering når nye medier kommer til. Har begrebet remediering ikke en berettigelse i denne sammenhæng?</p>
<p>For JA der er måske lige meget TVsening og Avislæsning som der har været siden 1999. MEN det betyder ikke at mediebruget er uændret da mediedøgnet i kraft af medie-multitasking udvides og hvert mede derfor ikek kan få 100 % opmærksomhed, men at de forskellige medier løbende &#8220;forhandler&#8221; om denne opmærksomhed.</p>
<p>Johan &#8220;Usvækket  tv-sening i USA. Faktisk vokset 15 % siden 1999.&#8221; &#8220;Stabil TV sening i DK, stabil avislæsning&#8221;</p>
<p>Johan holder fast i at  &#8220;reach is king&#8221; Mange ting er i dag udråbt til KING? Ingen er vist enige om dette. Dog ved jeg sikkert at jeg ikke er ubetinget enig med Johan i dette. Håber han vender tilbage til det.</p>
<p>Tilgengæld sætter han internet/digitale platforme i centrum &#8211; men udfolder de andre medier udfra dem.</p>
<p>Effektdokumentation &#8211; pengene følger effekten.  Ja det kan vist ikek diskuteres. Men det kan diskuteres hvad er effekt &#8211; hvor kortsigtet/langsigtet tør man måle effekt.</p>
<p>Så er vi tilbage ved kanaldiskussionen.  TV vs. Net:  Johan mener dette er en ubetydelig snak om signaldistribution &#8211; vi skal  stedet se på content. Jeg er enig!</p>
<p>Forholde sig til aktivitet eller passivitet i mediebrug. Helt enig. vi har nok stadigt brug for begge.</p>
<p>Gaming som det nye massemedie: det bliver spændene at se om dette holder. Johan tror det kommer. Jeg tror det allerede er her. Men vi er bare bagud i DK. Men i tror en stor diskussion der skal tages her er om annoncering i games skal bruges som i den fysiske verden (som Johan fremstiller) eller om det er en mere avanceret integration. (ala Joseph Jaffes Mr. Clean Pit eksempel i Life after the 390-second spot) Hvad vil vi og hvad må vi? Der er vist mere om det i morgen.</p>

<p>Desuden mener han at blogs mangler troværdighed &#8211; ser kun på blogs i forhold til at annoncer derop &#8211; ikke på at lave dem. Synes det er en problematisk måde at se det på, da blogs netop ikek er et annonceringsredskab, men netop et rum for troværdighed.</p>
<p>Johan ser et max potentiale annoncemæssigt på myspace, blogs osv på kun 5 %</p>
<p>Tror lidt på Individualiserede flowmedier så som pandora. (hvilket er et super eksempel!)</p>
<p>50 % af alle reklamer er irrelevante.<br />
Johan tror på segmenteret kampagneafvikling &#8211; jeg er enig.</p>
<p>Men alt i alt er Boserups fokus stadigt på dækning og ikke på engagement og involvering, hvorfor at mange af pointere i oplægget kan være nok så interessante, men alligevel ikke er helt så spændende i et perspektiv i et nyt kommunikatiosparadigme, hvor medietiden hele tiden vokser og medierne derfor kal ses i forhold til opmærksomhed fremfor eksponering.</p>

tror på den digitale fremtid og tror på at der er penge i det. Tv har også en fremtid,men det er jo digital og derfor vil det også være et anderledes medie at arbejde med end i dag.</p>
<p>Anders Lassen, infomedia<br />
- tror UGC er kommet fra at blive, men det er ikke for alle, der er tid, evne og lyst begrænset, vil tro på at mainstream stadigt er kvalitet, og de store mediehuses produkt udfordres og løfter derfor kvaliteten.</p>
<p>Jakob Andreas Skov, DR rytmisk<br />
- tror på alpha-hannen, tror på en fortsat gatekeeper kultur, alt skal skabes afsenderorienteret, &#8220;hvis jeg sku holde avis sku de starte med at love mig at den aldrig kom &#8211; men var på nettet&#8221;</p>

Doc tager diskussionen op om nettet som medie eller noget helt andet &#8211; mere en verden. Kalder det 3D zero &#8211; Zero fordi der er ingen afstand. Alt på nettet er ender &#8211; så mellem alle disse ender er et stort vacuum.<br />
Vi fokuserer allermest på at minimerer rummet mellem disse ender (gennem hastighed på forbindelse og hastighed på vores hardware.</p>
<p>Nettet er faktisk ren infrastruktur.<br />
